Check Your Download
When you purchase digital Carbook, you receive a welcome email with your download link and instructions for using the tools. Check your email (including spam folder) if you don't see it.
Common Issues & Solutions
"I didn't receive my download link"
Check your email including spam/junk folders. If you still don't see it after 15 minutes, contact us with your order details and we'll resend it immediately.
"The PDF won't open"
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.). The PDF should work on any device. If you continue to have issues, let us know and we can provide an alternative format.
"I can't open the Excel tools"
Excel files work on Windows, Mac, and with Google Sheets. If you don't have Excel, Google Sheets (free, online) works perfectly. We can also provide PDF versions of the tools.
"I want a refund"
No problem. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and let us know why you're not satisfied. We'll process a full refund immediately, no questions asked.
